At Freshwater Estates we depend heavily on IT equipment but we do not have the resources to support a full time IT manager. Cambridge Helpdesk and in particular Stuart Brown, have been able to resolve this problem for us. They created an initial overview of how Freshwater's IT system works, and have then been able to advise us on how we can work more effectively with the use of laptops, media phones, email and scanning devices in our work place. They have opened our eyes to how the construction industry can become more IT dependent and ultimately become more cost affective. Running a business and concentrating primarily on clients and candidates needs does not leave a great deal of time to effectively address my company's IT needs.
