Danny joined Cambridge Helpdesk in January 2009 bringing more than 17 years experience in sales, sales management and account management. A sales career that began in 1993 in the motor trade moved into telecoms in 1998 and onto Australia for a year working for Incumbent telecom Operator Telstra. On return to the UK Danny spent the majority of the next 8 years managing the UK and North American sales for Telecoms Research and Consulting firm Analysys. A firm founded by Cambridge entreprenuer David Cleevely providing strategic information and data to the UK's Investment Banks and major Telecoms companies. This was followed by a role as Sales Director with Consulting firm Idenk and Head of Sales for Library House, another research and consulting firm, this one set up by Doug Richard of the Dragons Den.

Over the years Danny has had the privilege of working with and learning from some first class business role models including David Cleevely at Analysys, Ross Pow at Analysys and idenk and Doug Richard at Library House. All the experience gained and lessons learnt help towards the running of Cambridge Helpdesk.
