Warning: Be extra careful when browsing for Anti-Spyware and Anti-Viruse software as there are more unscrupulous sites out there than valid ones.  For example, when searching for the two well known Anti-Spyware packages (Adaware and Spybot) Google will return dozens of links that look like the real thing but in actual fact will 'add' spyware to your computer instead of removing it.  Never click on a popup message that claims it will remove Viruses or Spyware.
