Sometimes you just need someone to look at your computer straight away -- as booking a site visit may take too long. Fortunately we have have some simple software that will allow us to manage your computer remotely and it only takes a few seconds to setup.
How does it work? We send you a small peice of software. You install it - which takes about 30 seconds and read out the 'Access Code' that it generates. We connect to yor machine and help you resolve your problem. How much does it cost? We don't charge anything for the software, just for the work we carry out. If you have a maintenance contract with us then it's all part of the service. I have a firewall - you can't get through that can you? As you initiate the connection we're not actually conencting to you - you're connecting to us, so it's pretty safe. All the data is encrypted too. What does it look like? I bet it's really complicated ! Here's a screenshot. It's very simple to use. Just two tabs and all you need to do is read out the access code.
