Case Study 1
One of our customers was starting a new company and had the following criteria:-
Requirement
- Staff would mainly work from home
- There would be no central head office
- They needed to be able to phone each other and hold conference calls
- There would be no recpeption so they need voicemail and possibly an auto attendant or answering service
- They needed a new website
- They needed email but also needed to be able to work offline
- Sharing calendars was a priority
- Ability to share files
- Budget was fairly tight so costs needed to be fixed
Solution
- We provided a CHDCloud VoIP Phone system and configured voicemail and the auto-attendant feature. Staff are able to call each other free of charge and hold conference calls free of charge too. There is a monthly fixed fee for all UK calls
- They have Exchange mail and calendaring so they can work offline and access their email, contacts and calendar via their smartphones or any web browser from anywhere in the world.
- The customer already had a website so we simply uploaded it to our CHDCloud web server
- All staff have access to company data from thier laptops - even if they're offline. Files synchronise when staff are online. This is one of the most advanced (yet probably the easiest) cloud based file sharing system available and it takes care of file versions and keeps multiple backups of files too.
- We met all the customers requirements and came in under budget
- We were able to deliver this in a very short time frame too
The customer has a complete CHDCloud solution which includes an Office Phone system, Email, Contacts, Calendars, File Sharing, Backup and Web Hosting whilst still being able to work offline easily too.
Case Study 2
Another exisiting customer closed their London office but wanted to retain their London phone and fax number. All staff would now be working from home instead of commuting to London
Requirement
- To keep their London phone number and fax number
- To be able to phone other members of staff without high call costs
- Access to email and calendaring
- There would be no recpeption so they need voicemail and possibly an auto attendant or answering service
- Ability to share files
Solution
- We provided a CHDCloud VoIP Phone system and configured voicemail and the auto-attendant feature - we even recorded the auto attendant options.
- Staff are able to call each other free of charge and hold conference calls free of charge too. There is a monthly fixed fee for all UK and International calls so no unexpected call charges
- Using CHDCloud Fax they can send and receive faxes from their PC's. No fax machine or BT phone lines rewuired.
- They already have an email and file server so that we relocated and staff continued to work as normal
- The London phone and fax numbers were retained - so no changes to business cards, signage or the website - saving thousands of pounds and lots of hassle
The customer now has a hybrid In-House and CHDCloud solution meeting their needs perfectly.
