Closing London office and working from home
A customer had staff travelling into London every day and wanted to find a way to work from home.
We ported their London number to our VoIP platform and provided all staff with a VoIP phone.
The company saved £££'s on phone lines and call costs and even more on travel expenses and London office overheads, whilst improving productivity.
Calls are free between all users so transferring calls or holding conference calls between teams is now free and easy.
Reducing company spend on phone system and call charges
A business with 10 staff was paying around £180 per month for their phone system, line rental and calls.
We reduced their total monthly phone system cost down to £45 per month whilst increasing the capabilities of their phone system by adding voicemail, auto attendant and music on hold.
Sending staff to work overseas for several weeks at a time was costing a small business excess call charges for mobile calls.
By using the Cambridge Helpdesk VoIP platform some staff took their portable VoIP phone with them whilst other's installed our VoIP app on their smartphone. They were then able to make free calls to the UK whilst working from locations such as Australia, America and France.
